Published prices covering our fees and value added tax. Government, notarisation and translation fees are settled at the value prescribed by the relevant authority, and their receipt is issued in the company's name.
Five formation packages
The package follows the company’s legal form and the partners’ nationalities. The price above is the office’s fee, VAT included.

What is settled beyond the published price
Government fees are settled at the value the competent authority prescribes, and the receipt is issued in the company’s name. These are the items on the ordinary route:

So the lightest package comes to 1,350 BHD in office fees and 280 BHD in government fees — 1,630 BHD on the ordinary route.
Keeping the registration in force costs 166 BHD a year on the ordinary route. The fees above are set by the competent authorities and may change by their decision, and some regulated activities carry additional fees. They sit outside the office’s published fee and are not subject to value added tax.
What the activity requires
Certified translation, external attestations, rent for the commercial address, and any regulatory licence the activity imposes.
The capital
Deposited in the company’s account before the registration is completed, under Ministry of Industry and Commerce Resolution No. 43 of 2024. It stays the company’s money; it is not a fee.
Expertise work, such as changing the legal form or the partners after formation, sits outside the packages and is priced in a written quotation after the case has been studied.
Administering the company once it is registered
Once registered, a company needs recurring transactions: work permits, identity cards, commercial registration renewal and social insurance. Al Qabas follows them up on a fixed monthly subscription.
